About Me
Life can feel confusing at times, particularly when you’ve been struggling for a while and can’t see a clear way forward.
I work with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, burnout, self-doubt and times when life simply feels stuck.
My role is to help slow things down. Together, we can make sense of what’s happening, explore the thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin to find a way forward.
I work integratively, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I adapt how we work to you, drawing on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you’re experiencing and what feels most helpful.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly and go at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything worked out, or even know where to start.
If you’d like to see whether counselling with me feels right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free initial consultation.
